1. Mail In
2. Berkeley Park District accepts registration by mail with preference to B.P.D. residents. Allow time for mail delivery.
3. Drop Off
4. Park District residents and non-residents may drop off registration any time in the mailbox located at Lind Park.
5. Walk In
6. Call to inquire about the status of a class or trip. Walk in registration will be accepted in class or on a trip if there is space available in the program.

1. All program fees must be paid in full by check at time of registration. No phone registration is accepted.
2. Berkeley Park District reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient interest.
3. The waiver, release of all claims and hold harmless agreement, must be signed by all adult program participants or parent/guardian of participants.
4. Out of district* residents must pay an additional $5.00 fee per program class. This fee does not apply to trips or special events. 

*Out of district refers to persons residing outside of Berkeley Village limits OR on the east side of Wolf Road, including anything East of it. Calvin and High are considered out of district.

1. Refunds will only be given if a person indicates non-participation prior to the start of the program.
2. No refunds will be made for special trips or events.
3. For programs cancelled by Berkeley Park District, a full refund will be granted.
4. Refunds take up to 4 weeks to be processed
